Welcome to Brick Brigade History!

I have been a fan and collector of Lego's since I was a wee lad. At the age of 16, I bought my very first minifig set, the Forestmans hideout, and...SHAZAM I was an instant Lego-Maniac. I began collecting set after set, Pirates, Islanders, Knights, Imperial guards, Undersea, Star Wars, Space Shuttle, Western, Cavalry, Indians, the list goes on and on.

"The Falcon's Nest"

I have been planning and stratagizing about the best way to go about building a Custom Lego business for several years now. "I decided I would build models based on vehicles from some of my favorite Movies/Series such as: "Kelly's Heroes", "Battle of the Bulge", "The Bridge at Remagen", "Saving Private Ryan", "Indiana Jones", "Windtalkers", "Band of Brothers", "The Dirty Dozen" and many, many others.

I began building custom castle after castle, to quarter all my collected armies. Here is one of my creations. A castle that would sit across a crevasse, ravine or on a small island (close to land), or surrounded by a moat.

When creating a new minifigure character, building a new model, or designing a Lego themed Propaganda Poster I do alot of research and collect images to help guide my design and inspire creativity. Here's just a few pictures that have helped me during the design phase of various projects.
